O'Neil has previously served as CFO of two public companies including Trendwest Resorts (previously NASDAQ:TWRI) and Loud Technologies (NASDAQ: LTEC).

Prior to joining SecondSpace, Tim O'Neil served as Chief Financial Officer of Loud Technologies, a world-recognized loudspeaker and audio equipment company with over $200 million in revenues. Loud's portfolio of brands includes Alvarez, Ampeg, Crate and Mackie. At Loud, O'Neil managed all finance and administrative functions, was a leader in several M&A transactions, and successfully ushered in a new era of growth and profitability for the company.
Previously, O'Neil spent nearly 5 years as Chief Financial Officer of Trendwest Resorts which marketed, sold, and financed vacation ownership interests and developed the Suncadia all-season resort community in the Southern Cascade Mountains of Washington. O'Neil was a key member of the executive team which grew Trendwest to $600 million in revenues, 4000 employees, and an $800 million consumer loan portfolio with over 100,000 customers under management. The company's success created over a billion dollars in shareholder value with its successful sale to Cendant Corporation in 2002. O'Neil began his finance career in corporate banking, spending 10 years with Bank One Corporation as a Vice President and corporate relationship manager. He holds a BA in Business Administration from John Carroll University and an MBA from the University of Detroit.
