Colleen Brown – President & CEO, Fisher Communications
Colleen Brown is President and CEO of Fisher Communications (NASDAQ: FSCI), a Seattle-based communications company that operates nineteen television stations and eight radio stations, including the leading ABC and CBS affiliates in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining Fisher, Brown was a Senior Vice President at Belo Corporation, responsible for its Texas Broadcast and Cable properties, Belo Interactive and Belo’s Spanish-language initiatives. Previously, she served as president of the Lee Broadcast Group and began her media career at Gannett where she most recently served as President and General Manager of Arizona television operations.
John Connors – Partner, Ignition Partners
John Connors is a partner at Ignition Partners, LLC, the premier venture capital firm in the Pacific Northwest. He invests principally in business software and services.
Prior to joining Ignition, John served for 5 years as Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation, capping a 16 year career at the company. Previously, Connors held a number of senior positions including vice president of the Worldwide Enterprise Group, vice president and Chief Information Officer (CIO), Corporate Controller, General Manager of worldwide financial operations, Director of business operations of Microsoft’s European headquarters in Paris, and Director of business operations of the Worldwide Sales and Support Strategy Group.
John is a member of the Board of Directors of Nike and a number of private companies. In addition he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Nature Conservancy of Montana.
John received his BA in accounting from the University of Montana. He also received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Montana.
Russell Hagen – Vice President, Real Estate, Plum Creek
Russell Hagen is Vice President, Real Estate and Joint Ventures at Plum Creek (NYSE: PCL), one of the biggest private landholding companies in the U.S. In this role, he oversees real estate joint ventures with third-party land developers.
Hagen began his career in 1988 with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a certified public accountant and led the audits of public clients in the technology, banking and natural resource industries. He joined Plum Creek in 1993 as manager of internal audit and has since held positions of increasing responsibility at the company including director level positions in accounting and financial operations. Prior to taking on his current role, he was general manager, natural resources, and was responsible for the development of the company’s oil and gas, construction materials, and water resources assets.
Hagen received a bachelor of science in business and accounting from Seattle University. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Seattle University Accounting Associates and is an adjunct lecturer at the Seattle University business school.

Anne Busquet
Anne Busquet is President of AMB Advisors, an independent consulting firm. From 2003 to 2006 she served in senior operating roles at InterActiveCorp/IAC, first as President of the Travel Services Group and later as Chief Executive of IAC Local Services, which encompasses Evite, Citysearch, Entertainment Publications and TripAdvisor. Previously, she spent 23 years at American Express Company in a wide range of executive positions, including President, Interactive Services and New Businesses, President of American Express Relationship Services and Executive Vice President of the Consumer Card Group.
David Barry – CEO, Alpine Group of Companies, Intrawest
David Barry is Chief Executive Officer of The Alpine Group of Companies, a part of Intrawest ULC which, as a global leader in the development and operation of experiential destination resorts, is widely recognized as one of the world’s foremost “placemaking” companies. The Alpine Group specializes in providing access to some of the most dramatic mountain terrain in the world by operating a collection of three world class companies. Canadian Mountain Holidays (CMH) is the world leader in helicopter skiing, operating from 12 breathtaking and unique mountain locations throughout the Selkirk and Columbia mountain ranges of British Columbia, Canada. Alpine Helicopter is CMH’s sister company and provides world class aviation services in the heli-ski industry including sightseeing, search and rescue, firefighting and forestry. Alpine /Aerotech is a Canadian industry leader specializing in repair, avionics, component overhaul and development, and serves as the support arm to Alpine/CMH.
Barry has been instrumental in building Intrawest from a two-mountain company to operator of “The World’s Greatest Playgrounds”. He previously served as the chief operating officer of Intrawest Mountain Resorts USA and held responsibility for operating 6 mountain resorts across the United States including Copper Mountain, Winter Park, Stratton, Snowshoe, Mountain Creek and Steamboat.
