SECONDSPACE NAMES COLLEEN BROWN TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND ANNE BUSQUET AND DAVID BARRY TO STRATEGIC ADVISORY BOARD

Seasoned Executives Bring Experience from Fisher Communications, InterActiveCorp, American Express and Intrawest to Lifestyle-Oriented Web Services Company

BELLEVUE, Wash. – July 23, 2007 – SecondSpace, Inc., a new online services company, today announced new appointments to the company's Board of Directors and Strategic Advisory Board. Colleen Brown, chief executive officer of Fisher Communications, has been named as an independent board director. Anne Busquet, president of AMB Advisors and a former senior executive with InterActiveCorp and American Express, and David Barry, chief executive officer of The Alpine Group of Companies, a part of Intrawest ULC, have been named to SecondSpace's Strategic Advisory Board. The addition of these experienced media, lifestyle marketing and experiential resort executives will help the company continue to build momentum in its mission of enabling people to make the most of their "home away from home." Colleen Brown is president and CEO of Fisher Communications, Inc., a Seattle-based communications company that operates 19 television stations and eight radio stations, including the leading ABC and CBS affiliates in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Fisher, Brown was a senior vice president at Belo Corporation, responsible for Texas broadcast and cable properties, Belo Interactive, and Belo's Spanish-language initiatives. Previously, she served as president of the Lee Broadcast Group and spent a majority of her career at Gannett, where she served most recently as president and general manager of Arizona television operations.

From 2003 to 2006 she served in senior operating roles at InterActiveCorp/IAC, first as President of the Travel Services Group and later as Chief Executive of IAC Local Services, which encompasses Evite, Citysearch, Entertainment Publications and TripAdvisor. Previously, she spent 23 years at American Express Company in a wide range of executive positions, including President, Interactive Services and New Businesses, President of American Express Relationship Services and Executive Vice President of the Consumer Card Group.
